[Payment/Refund] I didn't receive item after payment


  I clearly made a purchase but didn't get the expected item! 

 We are truly sorry to hear about the matter and.. understand your feeling!   


There are many potential reasons that can be made for issues such as network stability, Google or App Store issues, or system verification.

Or sometimes, payment methods may cause this type of issue.

[Guide for cases when payment is made but items are not delivered]


First,  exit the game app and re-connect.

Second, re-enter the in-game Shop.

Third, check your mailbox or item activation result.


Still, the issue is persisted even if you complete the above guides, come to us with below requirements.

You can also reach out to us through [Settings] - [Support] from the game app.




  If you are playing Rumble Heroes in an AOS environment (Android),


  • The purchased item and date
  • The G-mail information used during the purchase
  • GPA order number or purchase receipt attachment
  • UID information (How can I check my UID? ▶) 


  If you are playing Rumble Heroes in an iOS environment (Apple),


  • Product name and purchase date
  • Order Number and receipt (Your Apple Profile ▶ Account ▶ Purchase history )
