[Payment/Refund] Duplicate Payment


  I clearly made purchase only one time..and got one package but 2 or more receipts?! What the..

  I didn't sure that I made purchase clearly so made payment over 2 times... and what happened?? 



Occasionally, duplicate payments can occur due to various potential reasons such as network stability or store connection issues.   


For AOS players, we directly provide partial or full refund assistance on the duplicate payment issue.

  If you are playing Rumble Heroes in an AOS environment (Android),




Please provide the following information first:


  • The purchased item and date
  • The G-mail information used during the purchase
  • GPA order number or purchase receipt attachment 
  • UID information (How can I check my UID? ▶) 



  Make sure to submit all problematic codes and designate the code you want to get help with when you submit a ticket.

 




  For iOS users,


According to the internal policies of the Apple Customer Center, we are unable to provide direct assistance regarding payment cancellation at our Customer Center.

However, we are willing to check and review the appropriate refund possibilities, so make sure to come to us before proceeding with refund from the Apple.
