  The game data in Rumble Heroes is heavily reliant on the player's device. 

Therefore, the usage history and patterns of the device can influence the data.


We highly recommended to avoid playing the game on multiple devices or in multiple environments if possible.

The following cases can the data fails to be properly saved on the device or game server.



  First, unstable network environment: We recommend playing the game in a stable network connection.

  Second, changes occur before the game data is fully saved. It may take a minimum of 5 to 20 minutes for the data to be reflected. Please note that individual and environmental factors may cause variations in this timeframe.
