[NOTICE] Member's Responsibilities, Rights, and Service Sanction Policies Guide

We would like to inform you about the details regarding member's responsibilities, rights, and service sanction policies

  Members’ Obligations and Rights

 

(1) Members must comply with the Terms of Service and the Operating Policy. The company shall not be responsible for any damages or consequences caused by members violating the terms or policies.

(2) All rights (Example: game currency, items, etc.) held by the company shall be granted to members so they can use them freely.

(3) If a member has suffered damage while using the service, he/she may file an objection and request correction from the company. 

(4) Members may inquire about the service through the channels below. 


 

  Customer center’s basic operating hours and channels


- Operating Hours: 10:30 am - 18:30 pm (KST), lunch break 13:00 - 14:30 (Closed)

- Working days: Weekdays (Closed on weekends and holidays, separate notice in case of holidays)

(6) Members must enter their personal information accurately and honestly when signing up for membership. The company may apply sanctions in accordance with the terms and conditions or policies or shall not be responsible with respect to damages or incidents occurring when false information is entered or another person’s information is used to sign up.

(7) Members must do their best to keep the information they have entered up-to-date and must not allow others to use the provided information. 

(8) Members have an obligation to accurately understand all information delivered by the company. The company shall not be responsible for any damage caused by not being aware of this. 

(9) Members must not engage in any commercial activities through game services without prior consent from the company. 

(10) Members must not utilize the information obtained by using the service or provide it to others without prior consent from the company. (Example: copying, reproducing, altering, translating, publishing, etc.).

(11) Members have an obligation to notify the company as soon as possible when a weakness in the service is discovered. They must not spread it to other members or abuse it. 

(12) If a member misuses a weakness in the service or informs it to others without notifying the company even after the weakness is discovered, the use of the service may be restricted as it is judged as intentional bad manners or abnormal acts.
(13) If a copyrighted work is used without prior permission from the copyright holder, the company shall consider it copyright infringement under the current copyright law. Therefore, if you find relevant information, you have an obligation to inform the company as soon as possible.

 



  Account Management

 


(1) The primary responsibility and obligation for account information management shall lie with the member, and the company shall do its best in all related tasks.

(2) The responsibility for all consequences arising from the use of his/her personal information such as member ID and password by others shall lie with the relevant member. 

(3) All responsibilities arising from attempting cash/in-kind transactions with others for game information shall lie with the relevant member. Also, transfers shall not be allowed.





  Bad Manners or Abnormal Acts


 

(1) Bad manners or abnormal acts include acts that inflict damage on service operation, interfere with service procession, cause harm to other members, and any and all acts that are difficult to accept in consideration of public morals. (Example: illegal program use, abusing, invasion of privacy, etc.)

(2) Cases that may fall under bad manners or abnormal acts may include the following:

 

- Any act of using swear words and vulgar language 

- Any act that can be interpreted as lascivious and vulgar

- Any act that can be interpreted as violating the intellectual property rights and trademark rights of others 

- Any act that can be interpreted as a possibility of fraud by impersonating the management and development team of PLAY HARD and its affiliates or by connecting with game services

- Any act that is judged to slander or defend a specific politician or political party

- Any act that is judged to degrade or have an intention to degrade a specific religion, race, country, group, etc.   

- Cash transactions, account transactions, and any other act that is judged to have illegal intentions 

- Any act that was performed with a purpose of intentionally causing harm to others 

- All other acts that are judged to cause distress or discomfort to other member


(3) When it comes to content that violates the above-mentioned matters, service sanctions may be permanently applied, and in such cases, refunds for paid content will not be supported.
