If you received the following notification but haven't received the email, please check the following:
First, there might be a delay in email delivery..
Depending on the mail transmission status between hosts, there could be a delay in delivery time. Please wait for a moment, and if you still haven't received the email within 24 hours, please contact the customer center and inquire again with your UID.
Second, is your mailbox capacity sufficient?
If your mailbox capacity has been exceeded, you can send emails but not receive them.
Lastly, please check your spam folder..
It's possible that the email has been automatically classified as spam and blocked in your inbox, considering it as an external email.
