[Payment/Refund] I want to get a refund. How can?


 

Rumble Heroes Customer Center provides partial or full refund assistance for certain cases through meticulous review.

Above all! Please check the below 3 items by yourself whether you are eligible to get a refund or not.   






  First, make sure to get refund assistance through Rumble Heroes Customer Center.

 For all refund cases that are not processed through Rumble Heroes Customer Support, game access will be restricted.

   Second, refunds are not possible for items that have already been used or applied immediately. (e.g. Rumble Pass, Ad Removal Package)

  In the case of effect inactivation even if you purchased properly, please gather the below information and come to us!  [Submit Ticket ▶]




  If you are playing Rumble Heroes in an AOS environment (Android),




Please provide the following information first:


  • The purchased item and date
  • The G-mail information used during the purchase
  • GPA order number or purchase receipt attachment
  • UID information (How can I check my UID? ▶) 




  If you are playing Rumble Heroes in an iOS environment (Apple),


  • Product name and purchase date
  • Order Number and receipt (Your Apple Profile ▶ Account ▶ Purchase history )  If you are playing Rumble Heroes in an AOS environment (Android),




Lastly, refunds for erroneous or proxy purchases will not be processed. The exemplary reasons may be likely below:


  • My son made a mistake purchasing it. 
  • He didn't know and made the payment without my knowledge.
  • I accidentally purchased so wanna get a refund
  • I just do not satisfy the game/service
