Guardian Equipment: Unified to level 40

Punisher  Equipment: Unified to level 50

[Symbols]

Special Symbols:

Previous level 50 → Changed to level 40

Legendary Symbols:

Previous level 60 → Changed to level 50

The level restrictions for Rift Equipment and Symbols have been eased likely above.

■ Status of Suspended Users
