[Payment/Refund] I want to cancel refund request (Withdrawal)

Do you want to cancel your existing refund request?

First, we would like to let you know about our process for handling refund requests through our Customer Center.

Let's imagine that you have submitted the inquiry to resolve the duplicate payment issue.

In such cases, Our Customer Center personnel will review your case to determine if you are eligible for a refund based on our policies.

Once the review is completed, appropriate refund support or other assistance will be arranged accordingly.

Therefore, canceling the refund request may not be possible if the review process is already underway.

Please note that withdrawal may not be available after you have submitted the request!

For all refund cases that are not processed through Rumble Heroes Customer Support, game access will be restricted.
